Business Growth Strategist, APAC

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team in the APAC region. This key role will drive coaching, training, and efficiency for our go-to-market teams, executing against strategic, departmental, and regional business priorities.

This individual will partner with our Revenue team and leadership to identify business needs and design programs/training to address those needs. They will execute core programs by collaborating with Global Business Enablement Managers, GTM stakeholders, Sales, Customer Success, front-line managers, and local Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies that align with company goals
  • Analyze and interpret key metrics to identify gaps and define relevant business initiatives
  • Deliver business enablement plans by leveraging competency models and KPIs for onboarding and ongoing training, GTM readiness, content management, and associated assets needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience working in Sales or CS Enablement, Sales or CS (SDR)

This is an excellent opportunity to join our global revenue organisation as a key member of our team. You will report into our Director, Global GTM Enablement and be based in our Sydney Office.
