  • This role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs across APAC (China, ANZ, South Korea, Emerging Asia, India, Japan).

The successful candidate will ensure that these programs drive desired sales behaviors, performance, and profitable growth.

This position reports to the APAC Sales Operations Director and collaborates closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and cross-functional business partners.

Responsibilities include leading design and deployment of incentive compensation plans aligned to business strategies, regularly measuring and analyzing seller performance and quota attainment, recommending actions to improve productivity, and investigating data errors or anomalies.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales incentives and compensation management roles, with proven experience managing end-to-end incentive design and compensation analysis across multiple countries.

They will also have strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, as well as exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

A strategic thinker able to align incentive structures with business goals is required.
