">Your Role">

This role focuses on donor retention by designing journeys that connect with supporters across digital, email and direct mail channels. You'll craft compelling stories, drive innovation, and ensure donors feel valued and inspired.

  • Manage donor servicing touchpoints—welcome letters, receipting, inbox support
  • Implement automated donor journeys and decline recovery strategies
  • Coordinate donor milestone celebrations and thank you touchpoints
  • Support Giving Day and loyalty initiatives
  • Analyse donor behaviour and report on retention metrics

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in fundraising, marketing, or supporter engagement (or transferable experience)
  • Experience managing direct mail and digital campaigns
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Familiarity with fundraising databases
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
