I-MED Radiology are pleased to offer a unique opportunity for a Receptionist to join their team in our Five Dock clinic.

This position will have the added benefit of being placed in the phone room and assisting with cover on the reception desk as required. Ideally you will have a background within a customer service/call center experience and enjoy working in a thriving and fast paced environment.

The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.6 hour shifts between the core hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Reporting to the Area Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

**Key accountabilities include**:

Driving the delivery of high-quality reception and contact centre services

*
Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency

*
Flexibility, can travel to all clinics at a moment's notice

*
Providing excellent customer service and patient care

*
Working collaboratively with several different teams

*
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

**Key selection criteria**:
*
Previous medical receptionist and call centre experience (highly desirable)

*
Ability to manage high volume, inbound calls

*
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn

*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
