**Due to our company's exciting growth, we are seeking an experienced medical reception person who is capable of taking on a leadership role.**

The Hand Therapy Centre is located in East Maitland and also has a Clinic in New Lambton.

This role is based in East Maitland.

**The main duties will be those of a medical reception person and include**:

- Warmly greeting patients on arrival
- Processing patient payments (Medicare, DVA, Workers Comp)
- Booking patients with therapists and changing appointment times
- Filling gaps in Therapist bookings / days
- Opening and closing the practice
- Daily reconciliation / banking
- Accounts receivable
- Ordering admin supplies - unpacking orders
- Cleaning and tidying the premises
- Assisting with some minor duties and set up to assist the Hand Therapists

**Leadership Role**

Liaise closely with the Director, Felicity Thorley and the Group Practice Manager

Assist with set up of new business strategy meetings

Updating Policy & Procedures

Plus loads more to make this role interesting, exciting and challenging

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
