In this newly created and exciting opportunity, you will assist Services in maximising family enrolment. You will support and coach Service Administrators in effective lead management and provide tools to ensure they consistently guarantee a warm Nido welcome to the families.

**More about the role**:

- Support SAs with training on the waitlist system (CCRM) to manage leads daily
- Support SAs to manage enrolment requests
- Support & coach SAs to ensure classroom transitions are being completed to allow spaces for waiting families
- Support Schools with bottlenecking of age groups & provide recommendations/solutions
- Ensure enrolment requests are kept up to date
- Manage enquiries for new Schools
- Support and Coach SAs to ensure balance in enrolments across age group
- Support the Rostering & Wages coach to maximise staff ratios by support the offering of days of learning to children on waitlists
- Communicate and share good news stories on the number of children we collectively deliver days of learning to across the Nest
- Maintain training documents for the waitlist system and processes, provide user support and conduct training sessions as required
- Partner with Rostering & Wages lead to identify recruitment gaps to offer more days of learning

- In-depth knowledge of the Nido lead management process and CCRM system
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence your colleagues
- Willingness to learn on how to create support and training materials, performance reports, nurture program and leads support program
- An ability to work in a cross functional team, to improve our families experience with Nido
- Willingness to travel as required
