About the Opportunity

William Clarke College is seeking a warm, friendly, and collaborative Enrolments Registrar to be the first point of contact for families interested in our education. The role involves providing a personalized experience for new and prospective families, especially those seeking enrolment in our P-6 Primary School. As a key ambassador, you will embody our inclusive and welcoming culture.

This position reports to the Director of Enrolments and collaborates with the Enrolments Administrator. Responsibilities include managing all facets of the enrolments process—from lead generation, inquiries, and tours to applications, interviews, offers, and finalizing student enrolments.

This is a permanent full-time position.

About You

  • Previous experience in the education sector, ideally in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management (e.g., Synergetic), and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience conducting student and parent interviews (preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
  • Strong negotiation skills for challenging conversations
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Relational, approachable, and a true team player
  • Trustworthy with confidential records, familiar with Privacy Act requirements
  • Active member of a Christian church
