The Early Childhood Educator is a pivotal position that plays a significant role in shaping the educational and care experience of young children.

Job ResponsibilitiesEducators provide high-quality education and care for children enrolled at the service, consistent with our philosophy and curriculum and according to the requirements of the National Quality Framework.
Educators work collaboratively with other Educators, Room Leaders, Educational Leader, and Nominated Supervisor.

- Engage in critical reflection and evaluation
Ensure each child feels a sense of belonging within the Service. Maintain up-to-date records of the children and undertake professional documentation. Demonstrate respect for families' roles and build positive relationships with them.
Work collaboratively with staff, engage in professional conversations, and contribute to the development of an inclusive environment.
Actively participate in performance appraisal, ongoing professional learning, and staff meetings. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, comply with policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
