What you'll be doingAssisting the Branch Manager to carry out the branch's day-to-day operations, including inventory management, customer service and some customer representation.Assisting with workshop operations including servicing, repair and maintenance of drivetrain components.Co-develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience.Work within a positive, collaborative work environment and promote a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous learning.Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Participate in the development and execution of the branch's business plan and budgeting process.What we're looking forQualifications and experience in automotive trades, such as machining or mechanics.Experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry or an experienced tradesperson who is looking for progression in their career.Exceptional time-management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and a commitment to workplace safety.What we offerAt Driveline Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
