Operations Manager

Seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee the efficient operations of our Launceston office, ensuring a seamless and professional environment for both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Excellence: Manage the front desk, respond to inquiries, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Office Coordination: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Event Planning: Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and workshops, demonstrating ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the Community Services team, providing administrative support and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software. A commitment to respect, justice, and compassion is essential.
