Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our workshop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with inventory management, customer service, and representation to ensure seamless interaction with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating in the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Working within a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous learning.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications and experience in automotive trades, such as machining or mechanics.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry, or an experienced tradesperson looking for progression in their career.
  • Exceptional time-management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
