We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Branch Operations Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
You will work closely with our workshop team to provide exceptional servicing, repair, and maintenance of drivetrain components, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
A key aspect of this role will be to develop and implement strategies to boost sales, enhance profitability, and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for working within a positive, collaborative environment, promoting safety, productivity, and continuous learning.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics, or an experienced tradesperson seeking career progression, is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional time-management skills, excellent problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. They will also exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements- Hold qualifications and experience in automotive trades, such as machining or mechanics.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics, or an experienced tradesperson seeking career progression.
- Demonstrate exceptional time-management skills, excellent problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
