Who's right for the job?
Someone who is experienced preparing Thai dishes.
Someone who can work in a friendly and fast paced team and is passionate about cooking.Someone who doesn't mind working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays is a must.
What do you need to be considered?
Experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalentYou must be experienced in Thai cuisineBe able to work under pressure, in a heated environmentExcellent, friendly attitudeAbility to cope well under pressure to ensure guests food expectations are exceededWilling to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as requiredAvailable to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays - full time hoursFull Australian working rightsKnowledge of HACCP and food safety standards are advantageous The Perks Free Gym Membership to the largest fitness facilities in Western Sydney, ONE55
