We're seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team.
Who's right for the job?
Someone with experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent position.
A person with passion for making good food.
You will need to be a helpful member of the team with a strong work ethic.
You will be a true professional, who understands the importance of cooking steak to the customers desired level and you will take pride in delivering a consistently high level.
Someone who doesn't mind working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays is a must.
What do you need to be considered?
Experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent Extensive experience in the Grill Section Be able to work under pressure, in a heated environment Ability to lead the team to ensure quality, standards and cleanliness are met and exceeded Excellent attitude Ability to cope well under pressure to ensure guests food expectations are exceeded Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Willing to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as required Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays Full Australian working rights The Perks
