Key Opportunity
This is a prime chance to shape and deliver functionality across our InsurTech platforms as a Product Manager.
You'll work collaboratively with a forward-thinking team focused on modernizing broker and insurer technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for broking and insurer distribution solutions, from concept to rollout and continuous improvement
Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans in alignment with business strategy
Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and translate feedback into product enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and technical upgrades
Serve as the primary contact for product-related queries from brokers and insurers
Support product adoption through launch materials and training documentation
Requirements
Strong experience in product management within IT, Fintech, or InsurTech environments
Proven knowledge of general insurance (broking and underwriting) applied in technology settings
Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Fresh Works
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Ability to analyze data and current state issues to propose actionable recommendations
Technically conversant with evolving platforms and able to contribute to technical discussions
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
