Job Description

At a leading insurance broker network and underwriting agency group, we believe a network of brokers is stronger together. This esteemed organization is looking for a skilled Product Manager to shape and deliver functionality across InsurTech platforms.

The ideal candidate will act as the product voice within delivery teams and be a key liaison between brokers and internal stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives that modernise and enhance our technology landscape.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to rollout and continuous improvement.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather broker/insurer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support product launches with training and documentation.
  • Act as the primary contact for product-related queries and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven product management experience in IT, Fintech, or InsurTech.
  • Strong understanding of general insurance (broking and underwriting).
  • Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Fresh Works.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical discussions into business value.
