About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager - Broker Solutions to join our team.

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and delivering functionality across our InsurTech platforms, including INSIGHT, SCTP, and Steadfast Apps.

The product manager will serve as the voice of the product within delivery teams and a key liaison between brokers and internal stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives to modernise and enhance our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to rollout and continuous improvement.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather broker/insurer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support product launches with training and documentation.
  • Act as the primary contact for product-related queries and feedback.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have proven product management experience in IT, Fintech, or InsurTech, a strong understanding of general insurance (broking and underwriting), and skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

You will also be proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Fresh Works, possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and be able to translate technical discussions into business value.
