Sales and Broker Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Broker Support Specialist to strengthen relationships with brokers and aggregators, supporting our Relationship Managers and Business Development team.

  • Collaborate with the Manila Relationship Management team to triage broker queues and ensure timely support.
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries across a diverse product range, delivering responses within expected timeframes.
  • Respond to complex scenarios via email, offering clear, customised guidance that helps brokers move forward with confidence.
  • Maintain high-quality service while consistently meeting Service Level Agreement response times.
  • Utilise Pepper Money's tools and systems to generate detailed scenario quotes that support informed broker decision-making.
  • Accurately capture broker interactions in our CRM to ensure visibility and continuity across the team.
  • Apply creative thinking to help brokers structure deals that align with our credit appetite.
