Product Manager - Broker Solutions

Key Opportunity:

This is a prime chance to shape and deliver functionality across modernized broker and insurer technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for broking and insurer distribution solutions, from concept to rollout and continuous improvement.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans in alignment with business strategy.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and translate feedback into product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and technical upgrades.
  • Serve as the primary contact for product-related queries from brokers and insurers.
  • Support product adoption through launch materials and training documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in product management within IT, Fintech, or InsurTech environments.
  • Proven knowledge of general insurance (broking and underwriting) applied in technology settings.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Fresh Works.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and current state issues to propose actionable recommendations.
  • Technically conversant with evolving platforms and able to contribute to technical discussions.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
