**About the Role**:
A full-time role has become available for an experienced Operations Performance Manager to join the Control and Operations team at CitiPower and Powercor. Reporting to the Head of Network Control and Operations, you will have exceptional ability to provide leadership and direction to the Operations Performance team and across Control and Operations.

**What you'll deliver**:

- Develop and implement plans that build teamwork, employee engagement and generate understanding of and alignment to the company vision and strategy
- Lead and oversee the delivery of planned and unplanned network outage analysis and subsequent updates to deliver improvement in STPIS and CSIS outcomes for VPN
- Ensure planned outage customer notification risk mitigation activities and quality assurance measures (including the targeted customer carding notification program) are consistently delivered to improve compliance to key regulations and reduce the risk of regulatory penalties
- Ensure the Distribution Management System (DMS) schematic model and associated systems (including GIS) are accurately maintained in timely fashion
- Manage all Control and Operations network performance reporting requirements and ensure business compliance with the Service Target Performance Incentive Scheme (STPIS) the Customer Service Incentive Scheme (CSIS) monthly and annual reporting
- Manage Network Control and Operations financial reporting, budget monitoring and forecasting activities. Undertake analysis to identify trends as well as performance improvement initiatives
- Develop and co-ordinate the Control and Operations annual financial budget for key function codes (CAPEX and OPEX).
- Ensure fault data accuracy and timely provision of fault data reporting to stakeholders and customers

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid experience leading teams conducting technically orientated roles
- Strong data analysis and technical investigation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A working knowledge of the electrical distribution network
- A working understanding of outage planning and principles
- Previous work experience on the electrical distribution system preferred
- Certificate of Technology (Electrical) /Certificate IV Electrical/Associate or, Advanced Diploma Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary based qualification preferred
