Operational Performance and Strategy Consultant

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a high-calibre consultant to provide strategic advice on operational performance and cultural reform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business activities and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide expert advice to departmental executives on matters related to operational performance and cultural reform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive change and improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in process modelling and analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis and analytics tools
  • Qualifications in fields such as business administration, information systems, data analytics, public administration, economics or cognate disciplines
