Job Title: Performance Operations Manager
">The Performance Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of tasks within the Workers Compensation team. This involves effectively allocating and monitoring task completion, tracking performance metrics, and overseeing escalations to minimize delays.
This position requires analyzing workflow data, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency. The Performance Operations Manager supports operational effectiveness by ensuring timely and accurate task execution while driving compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiating and actioning key business tasks within required timeframes.
- Monitoring outstanding requests, following up with stakeholders, and tracking completion to meet deadlines.
- Managing workflow allocation to prioritize critical activities and maintain efficiency.
- Developing and overseeing escalation processes to address delays and mitigate compliance risks.
- Providing regular reporting on task completion, timeliness, and areas for improvement.
- Acting as a liaison between teams to address workflow dependencies and enhance efficiency.
- Monitoring task transfers between teams to ensure timely action.
- Maintaining accurate task tracking systems, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
- Reviewing and monitoring cancellations or delays, implementing strategies to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
- Organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Workers Compensation Claims Management experience.
- Case Manager and/or Senior Case Manager experience.
