Customer Operations Enablement Manager

This role plays a key part in improving operational performance across people, processes and systems within our team.

A strategic position coordinating transformation initiatives to boost high-performance culture and ensure readiness for growth. Key goals include increasing efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

  • Change Leadership: Drive programs (e.g., test pilots, operating model rollout, system integrations) to promote adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Culture Uplift: Collaborate with leaders to embed accountability, feedback practices and customer-centric behaviours.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead process improvements, workflow redesign and service efficiency using data-driven methodologies.
  • Digital Transformation: Partner with product, tech and engineering teams to align systems and tools for consistent operational delivery.
  • Metrics & Performance: Design dashboards tracking SLA adherence, customer satisfaction, backlog health and other operational KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years leading transformation or operational excellence programs.
  • Experience in customer operations, professional services or technical services functions.
  • Strong background driving cultural and behavioural change.
  • Exposure to digital transformation and SaaS/tech-enabled environments.
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical action and measurable outcomes.
  • Change management principles and frameworks.
  • Metrics and dashboards for operational decision-making.
  • Understanding of SaaS operations, customer support or technical service environments.
  • Familiarity with software debugging, system integration and configuration management.
