As **a Pricing and Process Leader **, you will be leading the pricing execution activities within the Australia and New Zealand region of Isolation Valves.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Proactively contribute to achieving POR margin targets through pricing and cost control and transactional efficiency through the availability of standard pricing.
- Lead the review and maintenance of Fixed Pricing Agreements (FPA) and Informal Customer Price Books (ICP).
- Maximize coverage of standard pricing across the ISV business to generate transactional efficiency.
- Achieve price realisation targets as set by ISV leadership.
- Support Product Strategic Business Units with necessary data and analyses in developing, introducing and optimizing price lists and discount structures ("pricing guidance"), including proposals of necessary revisions.
- Conduct regular analyses and audits to enable full visibility of the current pricing discipline.
- Ensure all pricing master data is in the respective systems and is up to date.
- Proactively identify areas across ISV for improvement in price realization and proposals to achieve them.
- Proactively identify areas across ISV for process improvement and look to eliminate tasks through the use of tools such as PowerBI.
- Facilitate pricing performance management thorough administration of pricing reports, preparation of pricing reviews, etc.
- Monitor DOA enforcement, conduct DOA effectiveness analysis and propose necessary revisions.
- Assist Sales in account profitability reviews and quote preparations.
- Highlight cost issues and proactively engage with manufacturing in their resolution.
- Supporting successful pricing software implementation and administration.
- Communicate and distribute pricing documents to business stakeholders Support successful pricing software implementation and administration.
- Support the KOB1 and 2 pricing and DOA processes.
- Prepare and conduct pricing related Sales training and updates.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a technical-related field
- At least 1 year of experience in analytics and reporting, pricing management, and value-based pricing
- Quantitative analysis skills including expertise in necessary computer tools and systems, excellent problem-solving skills
- SAP experience combined with deep knowledge of MS Excel.
