We have an exciting new opportunity that doesn't come around too often, our Technology Services team are looking for a passionate IT enthusiast to step in as a Desktop & Mobility Systems Specialist on a full time, permanent basis.
What will your day look like?
Work as part of our Technology and Devices team, supporting both an onsite and remote workforce.
Provide an exceptional level of technical support that is customer-focused and people-oriented.
Provide regular, accurate and timely reports
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation
Ensure compliance with security systems and endpoint management
Work alongside multiple teams to complete tasks
Get involved in projects requiring specialist desktop knowledge
Coach and mentor other team members as required
Proactively initiate and develop quality improvements to systems, processes and practices
Regular tTravel to regional site locations toand provide support
What are we looking for?
Experience administering Microsoft & Google environments, utilising tools such as Active Directory and Google Workspace
Experience working with endpoint management solutions such as MECM (SCCM) and Intune
Experience managing a mobile hardware fleet (laptops, mobile phones, tablets), including use of a Mobile Device Management platform for deployment and maintenance
Experience working with Helpdesk ticketing systems and an ITIL environment
Understanding and experience with PowerShell scripting and automating tasks
A logical thinker who likes tackling challenges and working with new technologies
A security-minded individual with an understanding of security principles and methodologies
Able to quickly and effectively adapt to changing circumstances and business demands in a measured and constructive way
