- Strong knowledge of Active Directory is necessary for effective user account management and access control.
- Understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting skills are crucial for resolving desktop-related issues.
- Experience with Office 365 deployment and management is beneficial for streamlining productivity tools.
- Network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting skills are vital for ensuring seamless communication between systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for desktop and network issues are critical for minimizing downtime.
- Experience with SCCM for device and application management is preferred for streamlined deployment and updates.
- Expertise in Imaging: creating and deploying system images is desirable for efficient system recovery and deployment.
