**About Our Client**:
Our client is one of the largest grain marketing and supply chain businesses in Australia.
- Provide a high level of Administration support and a great customer experience for internal and external stakeholders
- Office maintenance; liaising with contractors/maintenance team,
- Office upkeep; ordering office supplies e.g. stationary, milk, tea etc. ensuring, safety inspections, keeping the office tidy
- Manage/book travel and accommodation
- Partnership with the HR team; data entry, system reporting, social media, internal communications
- Event management; catering, internal events, R U OK Day? IWD etc.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum 2 years experience working in an Office Administration/Office Manager/Data Administrator role
- Friendly, easy-going and mature minded
- Team player who can also work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Intermediate excel skills
- Proficient across Microsoft suit and CRM systems
