Reporting into the Head of Governance and Performance, we have an incredible opportunity for a Knowledge & Process Manager to join our Consumer business. The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Knowledge and Process function across Customer Relations area maximising the rate of process improvements and accessibility to accurate knowledge resources across the business unit.
**You'll be responsible for**
- Develop, document, and maintain business processes and procedures across various departments and functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement and maintain a knowledge management system to capture, organize, and disseminate critical business knowledge and best practices.
- Train and support employees in the use of knowledge management tools and processes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and knowledge management systems, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in process and knowledge management
**About you**
- Proven experience in process management, knowledge management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools and systems.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or AgileProven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
