Leadership Opportunity

This is a leadership role that oversees the delivery of knowledge management systems to projects and programs within a portfolio. As a leader, you will provide guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring the successful implementation of these systems.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the development and execution of knowledge management processes on behalf of project or program managers.
  • Overseeing the induction and training of new project team members in knowledge management systems and tools.
  • Validating and interpreting project data to identify non-conformances, data gaps, and potential risks, and advising project and program managers accordingly.
  • Investigating and resolving anomalies or omissions identified in knowledge management frameworks, processes, procedures, and tools.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Seasoned experience in team leadership within a large organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in document control and knowledge management within a project and portfolio management environment.
  • Advanced capability in using Opentext and Promapps systems.
  • Ability to travel and collaborate with stakeholders.
