We are seeking a dedicated IT Knowledge Management Specialist to govern and optimize knowledge management processes within ServiceNow.
About the Role- Develop Governance Strategies: Create and implement effective governance strategies for IT knowledge management within ServiceNow.
- Maintain Knowledge Articles: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of knowledge articles.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in all knowledge management activities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions.
- Monitor Performance: Monitor and analyse the usage and effectiveness of the knowledge base, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
