We understand that no two retailers are alike. Our modular architecture ensures they have the right capabilities at the right time, whether launching a new retail media network or scaling an existing one.
Our platform simplifies and automates previously manual processes, making it easier for retailers to leverage first-party customer data and deliver personalized advertising experiences.
You will be shaping the future of retail media as we revolutionize the industry, empowering retailers and brands worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure
Design and manage secure, scalable infrastructure using Terraform and Spacelift.
Provide reusable modules, guardrails, and automation for safe and consistent infrastructure provisioning.
Manage containerization and orchestration platforms.
Security & Compliance
Implement IAM, secrets management, and network policies to enforce least-privilege and zero-trust principles.
Embed compliance evidence into the platform (audit logs, drift detection, policy-as-code).
Maintain security and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
Create systems and automation to accelerate delivery while reducing risk, including automated testing.
Act as a trusted advisor on infrastructure, cloud, and security best practices.
Reliability & Observability
Use Datadog to deliver monitoring, logging, and alerting across infrastructure and applications.
Define and execute strategies for high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery.
Continuously improve performance, cost efficiency, and reliability across environments.
Partner with product engineering leaders to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.
Lead incident response and postmortems with a focus on systemic improvements.
Mentor and up-skill engineers, shaping best practices in automation, security, and cloud engineering.
Qualifications
Mandatory
Proven experience as a Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer.
Deep expertise with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles.
Strong experience with AWS and GCP.
Proficiency in Docker and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes or equivalent).
Deep understanding of IAM, networking, and security in multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2) and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
