Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Lead to join our team. As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across corporate and consumer channels.

You will lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, fostering a high-performance, innovative culture. You will also provide expert strategic advice to senior leaders on social media campaigns, content, and best-practice audience engagement.

You will oversee content planning and execution, ensuring messaging aligns with our regulatory work and consumer financial education objectives. You will utilise analytics tools to measure performance, track key metrics, and optimise content strategies.

As a collaborative and strategic leader, you excel at influencing stakeholders, providing expert advice, and working across teams to align messaging with corporate priorities. You have a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, drive innovation, and ensure best-practice social media engagement in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in social media leadership, including managing corporate and consumer-focused social media channels.
  • A strong understanding of digital communications in regulated industries, such as government or financial services.
  • A collaborative and strategic approach to leadership, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
