As a Vertical Lead, you will spearhead growth, innovation, and profitability across the Media and Telco vertical, collaborating with senior stakeholders to unlock opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Client Leadership
    • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure impactful delivery and drive business growth.
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing client relationships and acquire new business.
    • Collaborate with Sales to lead high-stakes client negotiations and identify new revenue streams.
    • Contribute to industry trends and insights, positioning yourself as a thought leader.
    • Support clients through effective pricing strategies.
  • Business Growth
    • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Media vertical, aligned with industry objectives.
    • Own and manage the vertical's revenue and profitability, monitoring performance against targets.
    • Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to implement growth plans and target new business opportunities.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, driving sustained growth and innovation.
  • Team & Resource Management
    • Lead and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring effective resourcing and margin optimisation.
    • Collaborate with Chapter Leads to ensure seamless collaboration and resource allocation.
    • Monitor vertical performance and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
