Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Influencer Marketing team as an Influencer Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering influencer programs, managing relationships with influencers and creators, and growing our brand and product reach through engaging influencer and creator activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver on global influencer and creator program requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for gifting programs, building and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers across various social platforms.
  • Content and Contract Management: Oversee briefing, negotiation, and management of influencer contracts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content and social media posts.
  • Talent Sourcing: Continuously source and engage new influencer talent and explore emerging platform opportunities in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and evaluate influencer campaigns to support seasonal initiatives, product launches, and key events.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role for a fast-paced fashion and retail brand.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media and influencer marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Results-oriented and brand-focused mindset.
