Key Role:

The position of Retail Media Innovation Leader focuses on pioneering retail media innovation, empowering retailers to maximize their potential.

About the Position:

• Lead in designing and managing secure infrastructure using Terraform and Spacelift for efficient and scalable solutions.
• Implement reusable modules, guardrails, and automation for consistent and safe infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms for optimized performance.
• Enforce least-privilege and zero-trust principles through IAM, secrets management, and network policies.
• Embed compliance evidence into the platform via audit logs, drift detection, and policy-as-code.
• Maintain robust security and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 for regulatory adherence.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for streamlined delivery.
• Create systems and automation to accelerate delivery while reducing risk, including automated testing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices in infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Utilize Datadog for monitoring, logging, and alerting across infrastructure and applications.
• Define and execute strategies for high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery for business continuity.
• Continuously improve performance, cost efficiency, and reliability across environments.
• Collaborate with product engineering leaders to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives.
• Lead incident response and postmortems focusing on systemic improvements.
• Guide and up-skill engineers, shaping best practices in automation, security, and cloud engineering.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and managing infrastructure using Terraform and Spacelift.
• Expertise in implementing reusable modules, guardrails, and automation for consistent and safe infrastructure provisioning.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration platforms for optimized performance.
