**THE ORGANISATION**
Working for a large ASX, we have an exciting 12 month contract available for a committed and passionate Employee Relations Manager. This well-known organisation will give you the opportunity to lead on complex case work as well as be part of a high performing and busy team.

**THE ROLE**
Based at the head office, the remit of this role includes providing day-to-day employee relations advice. You will act as the Employee Relations expert for the NSW market as well as ensuring consistency across the organisation nationwide within the ER remit. You will work closely with the legal team to escalate any relevant matters and track all cases and reports on trends with the market.

**THE CRITERIA**
This is a highly commercial environment and it is essential that your background includes significant time at a complex and dynamic organisation with a similarly strong focus on commercial and business objectives. You will have sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER legislation as well as excellent skills in influencing and negotiation to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and customers. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a financial or government organisation.
