Our client is a global business with an enviable reputation that is currently experiencing change and growth. As the ER Advisor, you will be working as part of a small, high-performing HR team in a Head Office environment. This is a true client-facing role where you will be working with Managers and employees over the phone and heading out to spend time across various sites. This is initially a 12-month contract with a view to extension or permanency.

More specifically this role will see you:

- Providing superior ER and industrial relations advice on people issues in line with organisational policies and practices;
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across your client groups;
- Educate, coach and provide clarification to leaders on appropriate practices and processes including performance reviews and performance management;
- Workplace Relations projects such as policy writing and training initiatives

Having previously worked within an HR Advisor or ER Advisory capacity you will be able to demonstrate your strong communication and influencing skills. You will have handled providing advice around HR & ER matters from within medium to large organisations.
