Senior ER Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Director to lead our ER/IR strategy in Oceania.

This senior leadership role will drive business transformation, growth, and optimisation through strategic employee relations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate enterprise agreements that align with business objectives and ensure compliance.
  • Manage complex industrial relations matters, including litigation, disputes, and external engagement.
  • Provide expert ER advice and guidance to senior leaders during organisational change.
  • Oversee policy development, investigations, and disciplinary processes for employee relations issues.
Requirements
  • Degree or qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009.
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in unionised workplaces, preferably with blue-collar workforces.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial action management, and driving organisational change.
