Employee Relations Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in delivering ER initiatives, including change programs and compliance projects. Emphasis is placed on ER project management and proactive compliance, supporting the development of scalable solutions to manage ER risks across the business.

About the Role

You will work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team across various business areas to create and deploy fit-for-purpose, future-led ER practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing ER tools, policies, and guidance materials to promote consistency in ER risk management.
  • Maintaining awareness of external employment and regulatory changes that may impact internal policies and providing proactive responses.
  • Analysing ER case data and themes to inform priority areas and guide the evolution of ER practice and education.
