The Role
Seeking a motivated Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager to join our Sydney team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to take the next step in their career, moving from CA into a Project Management role with the guidance of senior leaders.
Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, procurement schedules, and contract documentation
Assist with project programming, cost control, and head contract administration
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support smooth project delivery
Track progress claims, variations, and reporting for the Project Manager
Gain hands-on exposure to managing smaller projects with mentorship and support
About You
2-5 years\' experience in a CA role within a commercial construction environment
Exposure to fit out and refurbishment projects highly regarded
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to step up into Project Management
Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships
