Join a Tier 1 contractor working on a major government utilities project right here in Canberra This is a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to step into a supportive, fun, and professional team, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.

You'll start on a contract basis with strong potential to go permanent, enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, and be part of a project team delivering something significant for the community.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and managing subcontracts, variations, and claims
  • Supporting procurement, tendering, and supplier engagement
  • Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Working closely with the site team and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with contracts and legislation

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in construction
  • Experience with tier 1 contractors is a big plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or similar (preferred)
