Job Title:
Estimator/Preconstruction Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator/Preconstruction professional to join our Sydney team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, support the bidding process, and gain exposure across preconstruction activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, fit out, and refurbishment projects

• Assisting with tender documentation, scope reviews, and subcontractor engagement

• Conducting quantity take-offs and cost analysis to inform project bids

• Supporting project teams in preconstruction planning and risk assessment

• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering
About You:

• 2+ years' experience in estimating or preconstruction within commercial construction, fit out, or refurb projects

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar preferred

• Proactive, organised, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
