Cost Estimating Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across Sydney.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, fit out, and refurbishment projects.

- Assisting with tender documentation, scope reviews, and subcontractor engagement.
- Conducting quantity take-offs and cost analysis to inform project bids.
- Supporting project teams in preconstruction planning and risk assessment.
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction within commercial construction, fit out, or refurb projects. A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar is preferred.
