We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Preconstruction professional to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates, tender documentation, scope reviews, and subcontractor engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-profile projects
  • Assist in tender documentation and subcontractor engagement
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with project teams on preconstruction activities
  • Provide expert advice on cost management and value engineering
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating or preconstruction within commercial construction, fit out, or refurb projects
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar preferred
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
