We're seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator to take a hands-on leadership role in our growing Preconstruction team.This is not just an oversight position — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, cradle-to-grave estimating role where you'll:Lead strategy and client relationshipsPerform detailed take-offs and bid creationCollaborate directly with senior leadership to win work and grow the pipelineIf you love both the technical side of estimating and being a key player in company growth, this role offers the best of both worlds.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the entire preconstruction process (lead projects cradle to grave)Perform take-offs, create bids, and manage proposals (Conceptual, negotiated, Hard-bid, and Design-Build Projects)Collaborate closely with executives, project teams, clients, and subcontractorsDrive project strategy and pricing decisionsPlay a critical role in winning exciting projects and expanding market presence5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience (commercial/industrial GC or developer background preferred).
