Estimator / Preconstruction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Estimator / Preconstruction professional to contribute to high-profile projects across Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to support the bidding process and gain exposure across preconstruction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Accurate Cost Estimates: Create competitive cost estimates for commercial, fit out, and refurbishment projects with attention to detail.
  • Assist Tender Documentation: Support the preparation of tender documentation, scope reviews, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Conduct Quantity Take-Offs: Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and cost analysis to inform project bids.
  • Support Project Teams: Collaborate with project teams in preconstruction planning and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive, organised individual with strong analytical and numerical skills. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in estimating or preconstruction within commercial construction, fit out, or refurb projects. A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar is preferred.
