Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Preconstruction Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, support the bidding process, and gain exposure across preconstruction activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, fit out, and refurbishment projects.
  • Assist with tender documentation, scope reviews, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis to inform project bids.
  • Support project teams in preconstruction planning and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering.
About You
  • At least 2 years of experience in estimating or preconstruction within commercial construction, fit out, or refurbishment projects.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar preferred.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
