About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented construction professional to join our Sydney team as an Estimator / Preconstruction Specialist.

Job Summary:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, fit-out, and refurbishment projects.
  • Assist with tender documentation, scope reviews, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis to inform project bids.
  • Support project teams in pre-construction planning and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in estimating or pre-construction within commercial construction, fit-out, or refurbishment projects.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar field.
