About the roleThis is a full-time Lead Front Desk Coordinator position based at a premium Dental Practice located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience and supporting the smooth running of the dental practice.What you'll be doingCoordinate and supervise reception teamGreeting and welcoming patients to the practice with a positive and friendly attitudeManaging patient enquiries and bookings, including scheduling appointments and handling payment transactionsEnsure protocols, tasks and general duties are completed on time and to expected standards.Troubleshoot FD operational issuesEnsuring the reception area and waiting room are well-organised and maintainedCollaborating with the dental team to resolve any patient queries or concernsUpholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalismMaintain exceptional patient experience and service,Seeking Google reviewsTrack and monitor FD KPIs – report to managersWhat we're looking forPrior experience in a similar front desk or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or dental settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and empathetic mannerStrong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyProficiency in using computer systems and PMS like Corepractice or other cloud based dental practice management softwareA friendly, professional and helpful attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceFlexibility to work during the practice's opening hours, which may include evenings and weekendsWhat we offerWe are committed to fostering a positive and supportive work environment that values our employees.
