United Co. is a vibrant, flexible workspace located in Fitzroy, offering premium private offices, coworking areas, and state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces. We are currently seeking an experienced Hospitality / Front Desk Professional with a strong background in food and beverage or events to coordinate our front desk and ensure the seamless operation of our meeting, training, and conference rooms.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in delivering five-star service to our guests and members.

Responsibilities include :

  • Warmly greet and assist members, guests, and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Oversee mail handling and deliveries
  • Manage daily meeting room bookings and liaise with clients
  • Prepare rooms according to booking specifications and layouts
  • Ensure spaces are clean, refreshed, and reset throughout the day
  • Deliver catering and attend to clearing efficiently
  • Act as second-in-charge to the Community Manager
  • Provide support to the Community Manager with day-to-day coordination and operations
  • Step in to oversee key responsibilities during periods of Manager absence or leave

A vibrant, energetic personality with a 'can-do' attitudeProven experience in hospitality, events, or front-of-house rolesOutstanding customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureExcellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness

Particulars : Immediate Start

Full time : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1 hour break) with some flexibility for out of hours events
